Privacy Policy

Fieldwell provides lead management, quoting, scheduling, and communications software to independent trades businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and similar). This policy explains how Fieldwell handles information when businesses use our platform and when their prospective or existing customers communicate through it.

Information we collect

We process account and business details, job and inquiry details, contact information, message content, consent records, delivery records, and payment or subscription references. Payment card information is collected and processed by our payment provider, not stored by Fieldwell.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, support, and improve the Fieldwell service.
• Deliver requested quotes, job updates, reminders, and customer-care communications.
• Record messaging consent and honor opt-out requests.
• Prevent fraud, diagnose failures, and meet legal and carrier requirements.

Service providers and business customers

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service—for example to hosting, communications, payment, email, security, and support providers—or as required by law. The trades business you contact controls its relationship and communications with you and may have an additional privacy policy.

Retention and security

We retain records for the period needed to provide the service, document consent and opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted, application-level encryption for sensitive carrier-registration data. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for help. You may also ask the trades business you contacted to access, correct, or delete applicable information. Fieldwell account customers may contact us through their dashboard for privacy requests.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above identifies the current version.
